Sportsbetting.ag going from BAD to WORSE!

A total of $129,904 is what players at Sportsbetting.ag are still being owed in payment complaints but at the very least we can say that two of those players have been paid. One of them gave confirmation to SportsBookReview that he got a pending check that he had requested back in March 11th. The other player informed that even though he is still being held with a payout of $9500, he received a payout for $2500. The rating guide at SportsBookReview.com mentions Sportsbetting.ag as a rated D company.

According to Sportsbetting.ag their payment procedures are turning out to be very slow because of the banking method they are using. They have told their customers that they are going to switch processors. Players are disappointed as the company has gone from 20 to 62 business days to complete a payment process.

One very unhappy customer reported that he requested a payout of $5600 back in April 25th however Sportsbetting.ag was not able to complete it and answered him with an email saying that the money was re-instated into his account. The email read as follows:

"After speaking to our Payments Team regarding your withdrawal, I regret to inform you that there has been an issue with the processing of your withdrawal between us sending you the funds and you receiving them Unfortunately, your funds have been returned to your Sportsbetting.com account and we are investigating the cause of this situation."

Another player, also in the same waiting position, had requested two payouts. One was for $9500 and the other one for $6300. After being frustrated for how long he had to wait and is still waiting he was able to talk to an employee from the company who said he was a Withdrawal Assistance Specialist from the Accounting Department. According to this player, the employee accepted that they were having payment issues but that every single player in the same position would eventually be paid.

There are 22 players that are telling the same story and dealing with the same situation. It was very easy for them to put their money in their accounts; however it seems almost impossible for them to cash out their well deserved winnings. Here is one statement by one of the players involved:
"I read your page on sportsbetting.ag and am contacting you because I'm having the same problem. I requested a cashout via bank wire of $5500 that was approved over 20 business days ago. The support people keep telling me that they are having problems with a payment processor and that I will receive a call from a "withdraw specialist". I of course have received no calls, and I'm getting nervous that I'm not going to get paid."

Players that still have money in their accounts are being advised not to take any action until all the disputes are settled and the company can prove that they can honor each and every unpaid customer with their funds.
