Once again Sportingbet has blacklisted itself when it was reported by SBR back in May 10th that they failed to honor one of their customers with a bonus. The player claims that he went through the company’s terms and conditions revolving around the promotion, and that he should have been given a 50% free bet that would be used on the Europa League Final.
Those who know about Sportingbet and how they have handled these sorts of issues in the past understand why SBR rates this company with a D+. Although many might disagree, others believe that Sportingbet is not a Top of the Line trust worthy sportsbook betting company and definitely not a first choice for gamblers.
This time the Alderney Gambling Control Commission however had the final say on this decision and they went ahead and rubberstamped on behalf of Sportingbet.
The AGCC claimed that after doing their research there was satisfaction that the company had followed all the approved processes and fully inform their customers in this particular case with a well enforced rule that reads: “Sportingbet reserves the right to refuse a free bet to a customer where Sportingbet reasonably believes that such customer has historically or is abusing or defrauding the free bet system, for example engaging in arbitrage. “
The Alderney Gambling Control Commission regulates and supervises the industry to ensure and protect players interests based on fairness in any sort of issue such as funding , pay offs, and even software processes.
