The hierarchy of male tennis continues unchanged at the top of the ATP list published on Monday in the week that the Spanish Rafael Nadal will meet its first month as number one. The Chilean Fernando Gonzalez comes from the 'top 10' and is now eleventh, being overtaken by the Swiss Stanislas Wawrinka (the 9th) and American James Blake (10th).
